  1. lol well you will develope a consistant swing but it looks really uncomfortable and unathletic.

  2. the swingroove golf training system helps you with body rotation and is designed to help you hold your angles. I am very athletic and holding your posture is not an easy task. You got to try it to believe it. Let me know your thoughts. GS

  3. Train mechanics for confidence on the course. I have always had a problem releasing the clubhead. The Under Plane Station and Shoulder Plane Station train me to do so.

  4. How does this training aid account for the plane shift that happens with transition? going back to hogan and the plane of glass etc, the backswing and downswing are on two different planes. seems difficult to reconcile two different planes on a static training aid.

  5. I’m not saying your unathletic, I’m saying that while yes, it does help you and maintain your posture throughout the swing it restrains you from unleashing your power through impact because the arms dont release naturually. Like I said, you will probably be very accurate but In my opinion, you have to take a natural approach to the game in order to be successful. I think it is great on the back swing and start of the down swing but on the through swing, I just dont know.
